Accurate Paycheck Calculator ("the app") is developed by Quarova Labs. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and your choices.

What the app does

The app calculates estimated federal, state, and FICA payroll withholding based on information you enter (income, filing status, state, deductions, etc.). All calculation happens locally on your device. The app does not require an account and does not transmit your income or tax information to us or any third party.

Information we collect

Information you enter (stays on your device):
Income amount, filing status, state, dependents, deduction amounts, and similar calculator inputs. This data is stored locally on your device (to preserve your last-used values and any saved scenarios between sessions) and is not sent to our servers — we don't operate any servers that receive this data.

Information collected automatically (via advertising):
The app displays ads through Google AdMob. This SDK may collect:

• Advertising ID / device identifiers
• General device and app-usage information for ad delivery and measurement

We do not control how AdMob uses this data beyond what's necessary to display ads in the app. See Google's Privacy Policy for how they handle data collected through their SDK.

Your choices

• Depending on your region, you'll see a consent prompt (via Google's User Messaging Platform) on first launch that lets you control ad personalization. This resolves before any ad SDK initializes.
• You can reset locally stored inputs at any time from the app's settings.
• You can request that your device's advertising ID be reset or limited through your device's system settings.

Data retention

Locally stored calculator inputs and saved scenarios remain on your device until you clear them or uninstall the app. We do not retain this data elsewhere, because we never receive it.

Children's privacy

This app is not directed at children and is not designed to collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes (for example, if new features or SDKs are added). Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
